evening daily whilst writing freelance on the arts for a wide range of
newspapers, magazines, radio and theatres.

Independent Broadcasting Authority and her former Women's Institute
County Federation, being a lifelong blood donor, teaching road
safety, belonging to the Dorothy L Sayers Society and relaxing on the
Norfolk Broads. |

Now qualified to live in Yorkshire thanks to her
Yorkshire son in law, and writing mainly short stories and serials for
The People's Friend weekly and CADS (Crime and Detective Stories)
magazine, she's still answering those unanswerable questions 'do you
think of all the words yourself?' and 'have you ever met anyone
famous?'

As well as dog walking for Jerry Green, hobbies include
restoring her quirky wooden house.
