                  CLASSES

1.                  Twinkling Stars

Handlers & dogs not to have won a 1^st place in an Open or Champ. Show.

Will include H.O.L. Novice recall. Open/close a gate. Give dog a simple command of sit or down on a loose lead. 1min. stay off lead. Position of sit or down. (This will be done as a whole class.)

2.                  Rising Stars

Dogs not to have won a novice @ an Open or Champ. Show. Will include HOL. HF. Ref. article of handler’s choice. A recall. Stays 1 min sit 2 min down of lead.

3.                  Shooting Stars

Dogs not to have won a B. @ an Open or Champ. Show. Will include HF. 2 changes of pace. Ret. Dumbbell. S/A (no recall) Stays 2 min sit 3 min down. A scent pattern.

 4.                  Super Stars

 Open to all.  Will include HF 3 Changes of pace. S/A recall. Ret. Judge’s article placed by  the Handler at a given distance, dog to remain in sit position whilst Handler places ret.  Stays 2 min sit 5 min down both out of sight.

 

5.                  A.V. Non Sporting Breeds.

6.                  A.V. Sporting Breeds.

 

Novelty Classes:

 

7.                  Starry Eyes

8.                  Odd Couple (dogs that is!)

9.                  Waggiest Tail

10.                Best Rescued

11.                 Best Trickster

12.            Golden Oldie (for dogs over the age of 10 years. Condition movement and response)

 

 Times of stays to be announced.

 Entries for classes

  1-4 £3.00 per entry

Classes 5 – 12 £1.50 per entry

Taken from 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Judging 10.30 a.m. 1-4,  11.30 a.m. 5 - 12
